Simon Hall

Through an abundance of unique experiences, Simon has developed an exceptional professional focus on leadership, strategy and organisational design when leading teams in a range of different environments. These skills enable clients to really feel at ease when in unfamiliar surroundings, safe in the knowledge of the depth and quality of his ability.

Simon has been lucky enough to pursue his passion for exploring different cultures and taking on challenging outdoor ventures throughout his career. Having initially started his career in the Royal Marines; allowing the development of Simon’s love for adventurous activities and exploring different areas of the world.

After passing out from the Commando Training Centre, Simon served with 45 Commando and specialised as a Mountain Leader Officer before joining the United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF); serving with both 22 Special Air Service Regiment and the Special Boat Service. He has accumulated a diverse range of operational experience and has played a pivotal role in the development of a significant number of UK and Foreign organisations.

Since, he has led the UKSF 7 Summits Project, which aimed to climb the highest mountain in every continent.  In 2007 he and a team totalling 8 Special Forces personnel made a successful, unguided ascent of Mount Everest with all team members reaching the summit. Owing to his strong Adventurous Training background, he was subsequently appointed Commanding Officer of the Joint Services Mountain Training Centre in 2007 and completed the 7 Summits Project in 2010 after an ascent of Mount Vinson in Antarctica.
